In-Stock ItemsĀ -Ā Orders for in-stock items are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Pre-Orders:Ā If you wish to cancel a pre-order, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please understand that pre-ordered items are specially made for you, and canceling them incurs costs.
Back-orderĀ - if the style in the backorder (already inĀ production an arriving the warehouse soon) and your payment already processed after you confirmed it, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.Ā

DAMAGED PRODUCT, DISPUTES, & REFUSED PACKAGES:Ā
- Damaged or Defective Products:Ā It is important to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a defect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, by submitting the return request immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refused Packages:Ā If you refuse delivery of an item, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit. Please note that this fee covers handling, shipping, and other associated costs.
Chargebacks:Ā Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
