About Seel Return Assurance

Get peace of mind while purchasing final sale items when you add Seel Return Assurance.

You’ll have the option to return eligible items for a refund by adding Return Assurance at checkout. If you don’t add Return Assurance, you may still have the option to exchange the item depending on the standard return policy (for full details see FOSTANI return policy page here

 We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

All returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided in your Seel confirmation email and submit your return at https://kover.ai/return/portal/.

We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. Seel will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. We will deduct the standard $12 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return.

Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of Return Assurance is nonrefundable.
